Search for contacts in Intercom using various criteria with advanced filtering capabilities. If no search parameters are provided, lists all contacts.

Find contacts created after this date. Use ISO 8601 format (e.g., '2023-01-01T00:00:00Z') or YYYY-MM-DD format

Find contacts created before this date. Use ISO 8601 format (e.g., '2023-12-31T23:59:59Z') or YYYY-MM-DD format

Search by email address. Can be exact email (e.g., 'user@example.com') or partial email for contains search (e.g., 'user' to find all emails containing 'user')

Search by email domain (e.g., 'example.com' to find all contacts with @example.com emails)

If true, searches for exact email match. If false or not provided, searches for emails containing the email parameter

Search by external ID (your system's unique identifier for the contact)

Maximum number of contacts to return (default: 10)

Search by contact name. This will find contacts whose names contain the provided text (case-insensitive partial match)

Filter contacts by their assigned owner (teammate) ID in Intercom

Search by phone number. Can be partial or complete phone number

General search query that will search across email and name fields. Use specific parameters (email, name, etc.) when available for more precise control. This performs a 'contains' search on both email and name fields.

Filter contacts by their role in Intercom

Filter contacts by tag ID. Only contacts with this specific tag will be returned

Filter contacts by email subscription status. True for unsubscribed, false for subscribed contacts

Find conversations updated after this date. Use ISO 8601 format (e.g., '2023-01-01T00:00:00Z') or YYYY-MM-DD format
