What is Freshsales MCP?

The Freshsales MCP server gives AI agents access to your Freshworks CRM. That means agents can create and update contacts, accounts, and deals, upsert records in bulk without creating duplicates, log notes, tasks, appointments, and sales activities, search and look up records across entities, manage marketing lists, build product catalogs and quote documents, and work with custom modules and fields. It covers the full Freshsales sales lifecycle: contacts, accounts, deals, activities, products, documents, and custom objects.
