Property Listing Extractor

How this agent works

This agent will take the URL of a property listing (on e.g. Redfin, Zillow, etc.), then scrape that URL for specific pieces of data (such as price, neighbourhood name, square footage, bathroom count — whatever is most important to you). You also have the option of writing the scraped data to a new or existing Google Sheet. The agent also has instructions for processing batches of multiple property listing URLs.

How to customize this agent

To customize this agent up for your own use, edit the bracketed variables in the “Template Instructions” section:

- Input the data variables you want to extract

- Input a Google Sheets URL

If you choose not to customize these variables, the agent will ask you which data you want to extract and/or create a new Google Sheet for you.
