What is Webflow MCP?
The Webflow MCP server gives AI agents access to your Webflow sites and CMS. That means agents can list your sites and custom domains, read collections and their fields, create and update CMS items one at a time or in bulk, read page content and SEO metadata, pull form submissions across a site, and manage site users and memberships. It works across the core Webflow Data API objects: sites, pages, CMS collections and items, forms and submissions, and users.
If your team spends time pasting blog posts into the CMS one entry at a time, auditing page titles and meta descriptions by hand, exporting form submissions for lead routing, or manually inviting members to a site, an AI agent can take over a lot of that busywork. Describe what you need, and your AI agent will handle the CMS and site operations for you.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It’s an open standard that gives AI agents a way to connect to external tools and services. Instead of registering a Webflow app, handling the OAuth handshake, managing API tokens, and paging through the Data API yourself, you connect your Webflow account to Gumloop once. After that, you can manage your Webflow CMS and sites just by chatting with your AI agent.

What you can do with Webflow MCP on Gumloop
Manage CMS collection items, including bulk
List and read items in any collection, create new items, and update a single item or many items at once. Your AI agent can populate a whole collection from a source like a spreadsheet in one run, or refresh dozens of existing entries together.
Delete CMS items in single or bulk operations
Remove one item or a batch of items from a collection. Deletes apply to staging and unpublish the items from the live site, so an agent can prune outdated content without you clicking through each entry.
Create and delete CMS collections
Read every collection in a site and pull a collection’s full details and field schema, then create a new collection or delete one by ID. Note that the server does not edit an existing collection’s schema, so the supported operations are create and delete plus item-level CRUD.
Read page content and SEO metadata
List all pages for a site, pull the DOM content from a static page, and read a page’s SEO and metadata. Your AI agent can run a content audit across every page, flagging missing titles or thin meta descriptions for a marketer to fix.
List sites and custom domains
Pull every site connected to your account, read full site details, and list the custom domains attached to a site. Handy for an agent that needs to confirm which site or domain to act on before making a change.
Pull form submissions across a site
List the forms on a site, read submissions for a single form or for the whole site, and fetch one submission by ID. An agent can route new leads to a CRM or Slack, and it can delete a submission once the lead is processed.
Manage site users and memberships
List users, read a single user or the authorized account, invite a new user by email, and delete a user by ID. Useful for membership sites where an agent provisions or removes access as people join or churn.

Webflow MCP use cases
Bulk CMS publishing for content teams
A Gumloop agent can read a batch of drafts from Google Sheets or Google Docs, map each row to the right collection fields, and create the matching CMS items in Webflow in a single run. When edits come in later, the agent updates the same items in bulk, so a content team stops pasting posts one at a time.
Site-wide SEO audits for marketers
An AI agent can list every page on a Webflow site, read each page’s SEO metadata, and compile a report of missing titles, duplicate meta descriptions, or pages that need attention into Google Sheets or a Slack message. Marketers get a current audit without clicking through the page settings by hand.
Lead routing from form submissions for RevOps
When a form is submitted, a Gumloop agent can pull the new submissions across the site, enrich each lead, write it to a CRM, and post the hottest ones to a Slack channel. Once a lead is handled, the agent can delete the submission in Webflow to keep the inbox clean.
Membership management for community and ops teams
An AI agent can list current site users, invite new members by email when they sign up elsewhere, and remove access for people who churn. Pair it with Gmail so the agent sends a welcome note the moment a member is invited.
Competitive content syncing for agencies
An agency agent can scrape source material with Firecrawl, summarize it with an AI model, and create the resulting CMS items in a client’s Webflow collection, then read back page metadata to confirm everything is set up cleanly. The agency keeps client sites fresh without manual data entry.
Why use Gumloop for Webflow MCP
No Webflow app or token to manage
Most Webflow MCP servers you’ll find on GitHub require you to register a Webflow app, run the OAuth handshake yourself, and store an API token in environment variables. With Gumloop, you connect your Webflow account once and authorize, and you stay connected. No app registration, token juggling, or coding against the Webflow API necessary.
Works with multiple MCP clients
Use the Webflow MCP server endpoint in Claude Desktop, Cursor, or directly inside Gumloop agents. Same server URL, works with any MCP client.
Chain Webflow with 100+ other integrations
Combine Webflow with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, Firecrawl, and other MCP integrations in a single AI agent. An agent can pull content from one tool, process it with an LLM, and write the result back to your Webflow CMS or anywhere else.
Enterprise-grade and scalable
Built for teams, with role-based permissions and dedicated support for Pro users. Whether you run one site or manage dozens for clients, Gumloop scales with you. For details on Gumloop’s security practices, see trust.gumloop.com.
Pricing includes a free plan
You can test the Webflow MCP integration on Gumloop’s free tier before committing. Paid plans start at $37/month.
