Installation
Set up the ClickUp MCP server in Gumloop
Do this once to provision your hosted server URL.
Create a Gumloop account
To use this MCP, you need a Gumloop account. If you don't have one yet, sign up and start a 14-day free trial.
Add and authorize the ClickUp server
In Gumloop, open Connectors and add ClickUp. You'll be sent to ClickUp's sign-in screen to grant access. The credential is stored securely in Gumloop.

What is ClickUp MCP?
The ClickUp MCP server gives AI agents access to your ClickUp work-management data. That means agents can browse your full hierarchy of workspaces, spaces, folders, and lists, read the tasks inside any list, create new tasks with statuses, priorities, due dates, assignees, and tags, update existing tasks, post comments, and spin up new lists and folders. It works across the objects your team already lives in, so an agent can navigate a project the same way a person would.
If your team spends time opening ClickUp to create tasks, nudge statuses forward, or copy task details into status updates, an AI agent can take over a lot of that busywork. Describe what you need, and your AI agent will handle the task management for you.
