To me, the most impressive aspect is how Klaviyo learns about customers and saves that information. Lots of ecommerce AI tools can make product recommendations, but Klaviyo adds user preferences to their CRM profile based on what they say in chats so that it can tailor future interactions. This is valuable data you can’t get anywhere else and, in my opinion, is more valuable than just basing future recommendations off of purchase histories.

Klaviyo is often held as the standard for ecommerce email/SMS marketing and given its power and ease of use, that’s well-earned. If your primary marketing focus is email or SMS, especially if you use Shopify, Klaviyo is a solid choice.
