Quick Setup (5 Minutes)

1. Connect Credentials

- Gmail → [Credentials page](https://gumloop.com/credentials)

- Notion → For custom branding (optional)

- Parallel MCP → Research tools access

2. Update Email Recipients

Replace zach+lucyv4report@zachsai.com and zach+lucyv4@zachsai.com with your email:

- Main report email → Final "Gmail Sender" node

- Error notifications → All other "Gmail Sender" nodes

3. Get Webhook URL

1. Click Webhook icon (top toolbar)

2. Enable "Use authorization header"

3. Copy URL and Bearer token

4. Test It

Custom Branding: Update "Colors" Notion page link with your brand guidelines

Research Topics: Edit "Lucy V4.1" agent prompt to change focus areas (default: AI automation, agents, providers, marketing tech, Apple AI, cloud, product innovation)

Scheduling: Add Time Trigger node for daily/weekly automated research

Troubleshooting

❌ No email received → Check Gmail credentials and recipient email

❌ "topics_pineapple not found" → Verify webhook JSON format

❌ Agent timeout → Research topic may be too broad, be more specific

❌ No JSON file output → Check agent configuration and Parallel MCP credentials
