This template researches any company or individual using Parallel’s deep web search tools, returning a well-synthesized briefing with live source links. It can also identify and retrieve verified contact information via Apollo. When requested, the agent can update Attio CRM records with the research summary or draft a personalized outreach email based on the findings.

HOW DO YOU SET THIS UP?

1. Configure Tools
Connect your Parallel account (by creating an API key at platform.parallel.ai), your Gmail account and your Attio account.

2. Input entity
Input the entity you want to research -- details you have on either a company or person. Ensure you have enough information to disambiguate (eg. include the company domain or the person's linkedin URL to make sure you're researching the right company). Include any specific asks you have for the research as part of your input (eg. identify the best person to contact for x).

3. Retrieve results and optionally update CRM or send email
The system will output deep research with citations on the chosen company or person. You can follow up by asking the agent to update Attio (if Attio is your CRM) with the researched Description of the Person or Company. It will create the Person or Company if it doesn't already exist. You may also ask the system to email the person, based on the contact email address found. If no contact is inputted, the system will find the contact using Apollo. If a company is inputted, the system will identify the best person to outreach and their email address.
