What does this flow do?

Use this flow to automatically extract and summarize data from PDF attachments received via email.

Here's how it works:

• Gmail Reader node reads unread emails in a Gmail folder (by default, the regular inbox)

• If a file is found, the File Reader node scans the file and returns the contents as a text string

• Summarizer node summarizes the contents of the file

• Small business owners handling large volumes of paperwork via email

How to customize this flow

• Add a time trigger: schedule this flow to run daily, automatically fetching PDFs from your inbox and processing them.

• Adjust Gmail node preferences:

  • Provide a specific label to read from

  • Include a specific Search Query (click "Show More Options" to see)
