Agentic Meeting Prep Flow

Overview

This workflow runs a research agent across your gmail, salesforce, apollo, slack and uses web resarch before every meeting in your calendar. You get a nicely formatted report before your calls directly sent to you in slack.

How It Works

1. The "Google Calendar" node fetches upcoming calendar events scheduled to start within the next 15 minutes.

2. The agent is sent a message with details about the meeting from within the workflow. It then uses it's integrations to read your salesforce, slack and gmail for context about the meeting. It also uses apollo and web research to find details about the attendees.

3. It generates a slack block kit report and pings you in slack ONLY if there's something to share. If it's an internal meeting for example, it won't send anything!
