I come from a background that mixes customer strategy, product thinking, and hands-on building. I spend a lot of time turning scattered information into clear systems: workflows, decision paths, templates, and routines that help teams operate with more consistency and less guesswork.
Automation naturally fits into this. I use Gumloop to handle tasks that slow people down: gathering inputs, organizing information, preparing reviews, and running simple operational checks. My goal is not to automate everything, but to remove repetitive steps so teams can focus on analysis, decisions, and conversations with impact.
