Under Tools, click "+ Connect an app (MCP)" and authenticate each service. Google Sheets stores your job tracking data, Apollo finds hiring managers, Gmail sends outreach, and Gamma generates resumes.

Add your LinkedIn Job Scraper flow

Click "+ Add a Flow" and select the included "LinkedIn Job Scraper" workflow. This flow is pre-built and ready to use. It takes your job search criteria (role, location, keywords) and extracts job listings with title, company, location, URL, description, and salary.

Set Up Your Tracking Sheet

Create a Google Sheet with these columns: Job Title, Company Name, Location, Job URL, Date Posted, Job Description, Salary, Hiring Manager Name, Hiring Manager Email, Hiring Manager LinkedIn, Application Status. This becomes your job search command center where the agent logs everything and you can track your pipeline.

Personalize the Agent Instructions

Go to AI Instructions and replace the placeholder profile with your own details: your name, job title, years of experience, core skills, a key achievement with metrics, and the types of roles you're targeting. The agent uses this to tailor every resume summary and outreach email it writes. The more specific you are, the better the personalization.

Run Your First Search

Ask the agent: "Find [Role] jobs at [Industry] companies in [Location]" - for example, "Find Senior Software Engineer roles at EV companies in San Francisco." The agent will scrape listings, add them to your sheet, find decision makers via Apollo, generate tailored resumes in Gamma, and send personalized emails through Gmail.
