Automated AI approval flow using Agents

Overview

This is a template based on the flow we use at Gumloop to vet Experts applying to Gumloop. It starts when an expert submits their information in Airtable.

Then an AI agent looks at their online presence (Exa), their company profile (Apollo), internal usage of Gumloop (BigQuery) to assess whether we should approve this expert based on our requirements (Google Doc).

That analysis is then sent to another agent that updates our database (Airtable) of Experts.

Finally there's a perfectly formatted report sent to Slack for oversight.

How It Works

1. Starts when an expert submits an Airtable form

2. AI Agent analyzes the submission

3. AI Agent updates database based on assessment of previous agent

4. Report is sent to Slack for oversight
