Read emails from Outlook. Supports Microsoft Graph OData filters and content search.

OData filter query (supports all Outlook filters). Examples: 'isRead eq false', 'from/emailAddress/address eq "user@domain.com"', 'hasAttachments eq true', 'flag/flagStatus eq "flagged"', 'importance eq "high"'

Folder ID to search in (optional, takes precedence over folder name)

Content search query for email body and subject

read_emails

Array of JSON strings containing email data with details like subject, sender, content, attachments, and metadata

Email importance level: 'low', 'normal', 'high'

Recipient email addresses (comma-separated)

send_email

JSON string containing the email send operation result with status, message ID, and recipient information

Update email properties like read/unread status, flagged status, or move to folder

Set email importance level: 'low', 'normal', 'high'

Mark email as flagged (true) or unflagged (false)

Mark email as read (true) or unread (false)

Name of the folder to move the email to (e.g., 'inbox', 'sent', 'drafts')

ID of the folder to move the email to (takes precedence over target_folder)

update_email

JSON string containing the email update operation result with status, updated properties, and folder move information

Recipient email addresses (comma-separated, optional for drafts)

create_draft

JSON string containing the draft creation result with status, draft ID, web link, and subject information

Optional comment to add to the forwarded email

The ID of the email to forward (required)

forward_email

JSON string containing the email forward operation result with status, original email ID, forwarded recipients, and comment

Archive an email by moving it to the Archive folder

The ID of the email to archive (required)

archive_email

JSON string containing the email archive operation result with status, email ID, new folder ID, and moved email ID

Move an email to the Trash/Deleted Items folder

The ID of the email to move to trash (required)

trash_email

JSON string containing the email trash operation result with status, email ID, trash folder ID, and moved email ID

Get attachments from an email. Downloads and uploads to Gumloop storage, returns filenames.

Specific attachment ID to retrieve. If not provided, returns all attachments.

The ID of the email to get attachments from (required)

If true, uploads to workspace storage. If false, uploads to personal storage. Default is false.
