What is Chorus MCP?
The Chorus MCP server gives AI agents access to your Chorus conversational intelligence data. That means agents can search calls and meetings, pull full conversation detail (including utterance-level transcripts), deal context, and talk metrics, browse playlists of key moments, review scorecards and coaching feedback, and look up users and teams. It works across Chorus’s call data, so an AI agent can analyze your sales conversations without anyone replaying a recording.
If you spend time scrubbing through call recordings, copying notes into the CRM, or pulling together coaching feedback by hand, an AI agent can take over a lot of that work. Describe what you need, and your AI agent will pull the calls and surface the insights for you.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It’s an open standard that gives AI agents a way to connect to external tools and services. Instead of writing code against the Chorus API, handling pagination, and parsing responses yourself, you add your Chorus API token to Gumloop once. After that, you can analyze your calls just by chatting with your AI agent.

What you can do with Chorus MCP on Gumloop
Search and filter calls and meetings
Find engagements by type (call or meeting), date range, duration, participant email, team, or user, and optionally include tracker matches. Your AI agent can pull exactly the conversations you care about.
Pull full conversation detail and transcripts
Fetch a conversation’s utterance-level transcript (speaker, timestamp, and text), along with deal context like stage, amount, and close date, talk metrics like rep talk percentage and longest monologue, and tracker mentions with their exact offsets.
Browse playlists of key moments
Access curated call collections (smart playlists, bookmarks, hashtag playlists, and pinned moments) with filters for type, ownership, and subscription. A quick way to point an agent at the moments that matter.
Review scorecards and coaching feedback
Pull scorecards with question-level scores, reviewer comments, and initiative context, filtered by recipient, reviewer, or date range. Useful for rolling up coaching trends across a team.
Audit users, roles, and teams
List Chorus users with their profiles, roles, license types, team assignments, and manager hierarchy, so an agent can map feedback and calls to the right people.

Chorus MCP use cases
Automated call summaries and follow-ups
After a call, an AI agent can pull the transcript and deal context, write a concise summary with action items, and post it to Slack or draft a follow-up email. Reps and managers get the recap without rewatching the recording.
Deal-risk monitoring for RevOps
An agent can scan recent conversations for tracker matches like competitor names, pricing objections, or churn signals, cross-reference the deal stage and amount, and flag at-risk opportunities to the team. The agent flags risk signals from what’s said on calls, so nothing waits on a manual review.
Coaching insights for enablement
Pull scorecards and call metrics like rep talk percentage and longest monologue across a team, then have an AI agent spot trends and outliers. Enablement gets data-backed coaching themes instead of anecdotes.
Competitive intelligence from calls
Have an agent gather tracker matches for competitor mentions across calls and summarize how they come up, what objections follow, and how reps respond. Get a full read on the competitive landscape, grounded in real data straight from customer conversations.
Cross-platform RevOps workflows
Combine Chorus with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Sheets in a single AI agent: pull call insights from Chorus, log a summary to the CRM through the Salesforce MCP, and share highlights in Slack, all without manual handoffs.
Why use Gumloop for Chorus MCP
Your API token, stored securely (no code)
Building your own Chorus MCP server means managing your API token, handling the Chorus API’s pagination, and writing code to parse responses. With Gumloop you paste your token once and it’s stored securely. No environment variables and no code against the Chorus API.
Works with multiple MCP clients
Use the Chorus MCP server endpoint in Claude Desktop, Cursor, or directly inside Gumloop. Same server URL, works with any MCP client.
Chain Chorus with 100+ other integrations
Combine Chorus with Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, and other MCP tools in a single AI agent. Pull call insights, analyze them with an LLM, and write the results wherever your team works.
Enterprise-grade and scalable
Built for teams, with role-based permissions and dedicated support for Pro users. The Chorus MCP respects your existing Chorus account permissions, so an agent only reaches what your token can.
Pricing includes a free plan
You can test the Chorus MCP integration on Gumloop’s free tier before committing. Paid plans start at $37/month.
