Tools 12

  • List Companies

Returns the list of companies the authenticated user belongs to. Use the returned company IDs to scope calls to list_events, get_lead_engagement, and get_company_analytics.

  • List Events

Returns events for a company sorted by start date (most recent first). Includes past, live (currently running), and upcoming events. To find an event the admin named, pass the distinctive words as `query`. Companies can hold tens of thousands of events, so paging with `offset` is unlikely to reach it. Optionally filter by status: 'past', 'live', or 'upcoming'. Use the returned event IDs with get_event_participants or get_lead_engagement. Requires a role with the `event:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Event

Returns detailed metadata for a specific webinar event. The response includes the event name, identifier, dates, timezone and status, plus the current state of every tab the update tools edit: `location`, `picture`, `languages`, `recurring`, `cmsEventType`, `cmsCustomFields`; `registration` (the Registration-tab settings and `questions` — each with its `id`, type, required/hidden flags, options, CRM picklist mapping and a readable `showWhen` rule — the ids `update_event_registration` operations refer to); `certification`; `widgetSettings`; `embed`; and, for a summit, `summitEventSettings` plus its `tracks` (each with the `id` the summit track tools take). Read it before proposing a change so the admin sees a real before/after. This endpoint is read-only and only returns data for events accessible to the authenticated user. Requires a role with the `event:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Event Assets

Returns recording metadata for a webinar event, including SRT and VTT transcript file references. For a summit or series container (kind summit_parent / series_parent) the container itself has no recording: the response expands to every session's recordings, each tagged with `sessionId` / `sessionName`, plus a `sessions` list — repurpose each session's recording separately. The response includes a media identifier and duration for each recording. Use the returned event identifier with get_event_srt_chunks to retrieve paginated transcript text. This endpoint is read-only and only returns assets for events accessible to the authenticated user. Requires a role with the `event.media:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Event Srt Chunks

Returns paginated transcript text extracted from a webinar event's SRT transcript file. Transcript content is cleaned and processed to remove personally identifiable information (PII) before being returned. Each chunk contains `paragraphs`, and every paragraph carries `startSeconds`/`endSeconds` marking when it was said in the recording. This endpoint is read-only and only returns transcript data for events accessible to the authenticated user. Requires a role with the `event.media:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Event Participants

Returns the full participant list for a specific event. Includes registration status (registered, invitation-sent, approval-required, declined, rejected, waitlisted, approved), role (host, presenter, attendee), blocked flag, and custom registration answers. When the event has ended, the response also includes per-person engagement metrics: live watch time, on-demand watch time, chat message count, poll votes, questions asked, and circles joined. Requires a role with the `event.participants:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Lead Engagement

Returns detailed engagement data for a specific lead (identified by email + companyId). Without eventId: returns the full aggregated lead profile — lead score, enrichment data (company, job title, LinkedIn), event activity summary, engagement counts, website activity, pre-computed timeline of all interactions, and AI intelligence (story, follow-up recommendation, key moments, topics of interest, persona, intent summary). With eventId: returns per-event engagement only (watch time, chat, polls, questions). Requires a role with the `audience-insights.analytics.individual-activity:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Company Analytics

Returns high-level usage analytics for a company. Includes lifetime totals (live minutes, on-demand minutes, unique users, event counts) broken down by event type. When startDate and endDate are provided, also returns aggregated stats for that date range. Requires a role with the `analytics:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Event Insight

Returns an at-a-glance performance summary for a single event — registrants, live, on-demand, unique live-or-on-demand, engagement, and the matching rates. Use it when the user asks how an event did. Like the event dashboard, the numbers include the event's own hosts and presenters (`hostsAndPresenters` says how many); pass `excludeHostsAndPresenters: true` only when the user asks to leave them out. Counts (`attendedLive`, `watchedOnDemand`, `watchedLiveOrOnDemand`, `engaged`) include viewers who never registered (`nonRegisteredViewers`); rates are over registrants: `attendanceRate` = registrants who watched live, `onDemandRate` = registrants who watched on-demand, `totalConversionRate` = registrants who watched live OR on-demand. Live and on-demand overlap (`watchedBoth`) — NEVER add `attendedLive` and `watchedOnDemand`; quote `watchedLiveOrOnDemand` / `totalConversionRate` for "live + on-demand". `engagementRate` is the share of LIVE attendees who chatted, answered a poll or asked a question — not a share of registrants (`engaged` also counts anyone who interacted on-demand). `daysSinceEnd` is how long the replay has been available: on-demand numbers keep growing, so compare on-demand across events of similar age. When combining several events, add `registered` and the `registeredAttendedLive` / `registeredWatchedOnDemand` / `registeredWatchedLiveOrOnDemand` counts and recompute the rates from those sums; never average rates. `summary` states all of this in one paragraph. Given a summit or series container id it folds every session in (registrations live on the container, attendance and engagement on the sessions; one person counts once) and adds a per-session `sessions` breakdown — so a summit's attendance is read from the summit id, never added up from its sessions, which would count people who joined several sessions more than once. Requires a role with the `event.analytics:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Search Leads

Search and filter leads (Audience Insights) at the company level. Returns paginated lead records with score, engagement metrics, enrichment data (company, job title, LinkedIn), event activity, and AI intelligence summary. Sorted by lead score descending. Use this to find top leads, filter by activity date range, specific events, lead score threshold, or search by name / email / company / job title. Requires a role with the `audience-insights.analytics.top-leads:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Lead Intelligence

Deep-dive into the full AI intelligence for a specific lead. Use this after finding a lead via search_leads when you need the granular detail that search_leads doesn't return: the key moments activity timeline (each event attended, page visited, poll answered — with timestamps), the specific website pages they visited, and the AI reasoning behind the summary (facts, deductions, evidence). For browsing summaries across many leads, use search_leads with hasIntelligence: true instead. Requires a role with the `audience-insights.analytics.intelligence:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).

  • Get Top Accounts

Returns the top accounts (companies) for a Sequel company, mirroring the Audience Insights → Top Accounts table. Each record represents an identified prospect company with aggregated metrics across all their leads: total score, lead count, average lead score, event attendance, engagement actions, website activity, and AI strategic fit score. Sorted by total company score descending by default. Supports search and pagination. Requires a role with the `audience-insights.analytics.top-accounts:view` permission in the company (Settings → Roles & Permissions).
