In the General Overview section of the Instructions, you can replace the section about PST with your own time zone and any additional timing restrictions (e.g., prefer these days of the week, avoid scheduling over this recurring meeting, etc.)

How to customize this agent further

  • Add additional tools/Remove extra tools: if there are other tools that you use in your own sales processes, feel free to add them to this agent. Remove any tools you don’t use, too — removing unnecessary tools will improve agent performance.
