Every time a new lead signs up for the Parallel platform, a Gumloop workflow enriches that lead’s CRM entry with comprehensive company data, including employee count, ARR, and investors. (Naturally, this flow uses the Parallel-powered AI Web Research node to get this information.)
Each lead is then automatically evaluated based on different criteria. Qualified, high-priority enterprise leads trigger a Slack message containing the relevant data. “This workflow filters down thousands of leads into less than 10% of that,” explains Shelat. “That helps us pay attention to the right people.”
Automated Email Outreach
The same workflow that surfaces high-priority leads also sets customers up for optimized email sequencing. Using the AI Web Research node, Parallel has created an automated email outreach flow that composes the best email openers for personalized warm enterprise outreach. These openers are derived from contextually relevant data and reference recent company announcements, industry-specific use cases, and personalized pain points.
Automated Feedback Collection
Though they started using Gumloop for sales, Parallel has also started expanding Gumloop usage to other functions. Now, when Parallel receives feedback, it triggers a Gumloop flow that ingests the feedback, contextualizes it, and transforms it into a more easily readable format — not only giving the engineering team greater insight into the user experience, but also making it easier for them to debug issues.
